A huge well done to our amazing Eco Warriors, who have been taking action to help make Abingdon Primary School a cleaner and more environmentally friendly place! 🌱
After noticing that our bins were not always being used correctly, our Eco Warriors decided to do something about it. They worked together to create their own presentation and posters to help everyone understand the importance of recycling and using the correct bins.
They then spoke confidently and brilliantly to pupils from Year 1 through to Year 6, sharing their message and encouraging everyone to take greater responsibility for the waste we produce.
We are incredibly proud of the way our Eco Warriors have shown initiative, leadership and responsibility. They identified a problem, came up with a solution and then took action to make a positive difference across our school community.
